In 1840, Horace Mann became head of the first Board of Education in the state of Massachusetts.
As a great admire of the Prussian model in 1843 he visited Prussia (which is now Russia) to study its educational system. Upon his return he published his findings in the famous 8th Report where he praised the prowess of the Prussian system,

He was impressed on how the Prussian system was able to produce a great army & a powerful industry. Knowing how rigid the education system was he still promoted it!

In 1852 he had great influence on the decision to adopt the Prussian education system in Massachusetts. Therefore making schooling mandatory for all children of the state.
Other states soon followed Massachusetts example.

As a result of this decision we have a “one box fits all” education system doused with no absolutes, the theory of evolution, sex education at the age of five, as well as low scores for reading and Math upon graduation.
Not to mention peer pressure, bullying, violence, and a blatant disregard for authority.
At one time America’s education was superior to other countries but not anymore. America chose to adopt an education system from another country and chose to leave God out.

Are you fed up yet? If we are going to get different results we need to try a new approach to education! We need to take back our children and bring them up in the fear and admonition of the Lord in the safety of our homes.

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction. (Proverbs 1:7 KJV)
